- Purchased 79,515m2 of land for plant site in Section D of the Fukui Coastal Industrial Zone.
- May. 1985
- Completed the construction of color-former intermediate production lines. Started operation.

- Held the completion ceremony of the first stage plant construction.

- Established Fukui Yamada Chemical Co., Ltd. (50 million Yen Paid-in Capital).
